Business Analyst - Ogden Office
Incumbent will be responsible for analysis, reporting, and forecasting of operational metrics and other duties as assigned. He/she will work with other analysts within the department and other employees including senior and executive management.
Responsibilities:
- Use software tools to query, compile, analyze and understand data from several sources
- Create analyses and reports in a manner that is relevant, accurate, timely, actionable and consumable and present that information to all appropriate levels of employees within the Company

Graphic Designer Utah Offices
Description:
Graphic/Web UI Designer is responsible for site design, application and UI design, design of email and other electronic messaging, development of content pages, banner ads, ad response forms, and special projects. Description:
The Web Data Specialist audits content, format, and links on TopTenREVIEWS websites to insure consistency with corporate standards and style guide. The Web Data Specialist becomes proficient with our proprietary content management system (CMS) and uses the CMS to correct errors and make required updates. This position requires a great deal of searching the web for information, images and links to other sites. Attention to detail is required for extensive auditing, editing, and research.
Responsibilities:
- Review new content before posting to insure consistency with formatting and style guide requirements and report required changes.

BI Architect - Ogden, Utah
Description:
Internet media is a business that is increasingly driven by data. As a result, the demand for business intelligence at Tech Media Network is growing, and so is our need for skilled individuals with experience and knowledge in Data Warehousing and Reporting. The BI Architect will play a key role in meeting Tech Media Networks business intelligence needs.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced level Business System analysis. Will need to work closely with product teams and analysts to understand and translate requirements into design.
- BI SDLC Process expertise. Help Tech Media Network refine the process for intake, prioritization, routing, and estimating of BI development requests from the business. Participate in Cost and Schedule estimations. Help drive project through the SDLC process.
- Strategist. Understand best practices and trends in the field of BI and Data Warehousing to help shape our BI strategy and solution designs. Help influence the BI tool decisions and process design.
- Data Analyst and Modeling. Experience with translating requirements into a data warehouse design and evaluating other team members proposed design. Ability to assist with creation and understand Conceptual, Logical, and Physical models.
- Transition Management and Training. Help develop a training strategy and plan. Educate business and engineers on available tools and BI strategies.
Qualifications:

Description:
As our Director of Online Marketing you will leverage your eCommerce, Media, and Affiliate Marketing experience to grow sales through online acquisition and retention. The Director of Online Marketing is the single point of contact for all of our marketing efforts. Previous experience with both online (SEM, SEO, PPC, website optimization) and direct marketing initiatives paired with the ability to be strategic and make hands-on contributions are key to success in this role. We are looking for an individual with a strong Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing and Email Campaign experience. This individual will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and overall execution for all SEO/SEM Email initiatives across a range of search engines to meet business objectives. This is a hands on position that includes activities such as keyword analysis, creative development, campaign optimization, landing page optimization, metrics analysis and reporting. Description:
The main purpose of the copy editor is to aid TTR writers in producing compelling content that is consistent with TTR’s established voice, tone, quality standards and style guide. Such quality content, in turn, will generate site traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently ensure high quality written content that conveys critical, useful information to readers and maintains TTR’s style, voice and tone
- Evaluate writers logic and higher-level thinking, as well as audience analysis and execution in their writing; provide necessary feedback to writers
- Adapt to new guidelines quickly and consistently
- Provide assessment of potential candidates’ writing samples
- Assist in training new writers on TTR writing policies and best practices
- Provide feedback to management on each writer’s progress
