She has an extensive background in writing, layout and design, coupled with substantial experience in the book publishing world working with Barnes & Noble, Sterling Publishing, Chapelle Ltd. and Red Lips 4 Courage, all of which provides her with a unique perspective on meeting readers' needs for information in a clear, concise and engaging manner. In her spare time, you will find Lecia pursuing her passion for digital scrapbooking on her iMac or reading a good book on her iPad.

Joel Hilton, Editor, TopTenREVIEWS

Joel heads the Software/Web Services domain for TopTenREVIEWS. His extensive writing background in such areas as marketing, advertising, comedy writing and even screenwriting helps him write for any audience. He has performed in multiple comedy troupes in college and the community, and he often lends his quick wit and technical knowledge to producing and appearing in TTR videos. Aside from working at TopTenREVIEWS, Joel is a devoted husband and father. When he's not watching movies, talking about movies or writing about movies, Joel enjoys reading, acting, swimming and eating.

Marinda Bean began her professional writing career at age 14 and has been in love with the written word ever since. With a bachelor's degree in mass communications and public relations, and a full quiver of writing talents, she served as the Communications Director for a large international company where she developed joint venture partnerships, edited an ezine and planned company events. Courtnie Erickson loves technology. Her friends and family frequently refer to her as the gadget geek. Courtnie began her career at TopTenREVIEWS as a summer intern. Her extensive background includes writing for several newspapers, radio stations and online publications. Jessica Foust, Supervising Producer/Anchor, TopTenREVIEWS

For TopTenREVIEWS, Jessica is a broadcast specialist with years of on-air experience with appearances on NBC, Fox, and a career that includes a history in broadcast journalism. Jessica is the anchor and supervising producer for expert reviews, how-to's, tips, buying guide videos and TopTenREPORTS, a TopTenREVIEWS weekly news show.

Her "reality view" gives objective analysis of items that are critical to consumer's daily lives - from nanny cams to video games to front-loading washing machines. With her expertise, Jessica turns out thoughtful and helpful content by comparing products side by side to determine which is the best and why you'd want to buy it.

In addition to working for TopTenREVIEWS, Jessica is actively involved in her community and enjoys working with local groups and organizations. She is proud to be a Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

When she's not working, you can find Jessica on the slopes. She loves to ski and enjoys the quiet snow laden mountains. She plays almost every sport, including a short spat with ice hockey. Other loves include reading, playing the violin and anything chocolate.

Rich Bonaduce, Producer, TopTenREVIEWS

As a producer/anchor at TopTenREVIEWS Rich gets to really sink his teeth into various projects about the coolest technology! His vast experience working on both sides of the camera allow him to create both informative and entertaining videos. He graduated Cum Laud from Southern Utah University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Communications.

After graduation, Rich cut his teeth (and his fingers now and again), in his home state on UMGA-TV 22, starting as a cameraman and moving up to a senior editor and ultimately an anchor. Later, Rich moved on to the WB in Salt Lake City as a weatherman and on-air host. That led to a 3-year stint on Talking Pictures as co-executive producer and co-host, before moving on to TopTenREVEWS. Ever the patriot, Rich served 9 years with the Army National Guard. He will still answer to Sergeant on occasion.

Rich has continued to play drums in various bands when time allows, such as Justice, Rawhide, Vivian's Way, and Jackwagon. And no, he's not Danny's cousin; Danny is HIS cousin!
