Rob was a writer, editor and Director of Site Operations at SPACE.com starting in 1999. He served as Managing Editor of LiveScience since its launch in 2004. He now oversees news operations for TechMediaNetwork's owned & operated web sites. Prior to joining the company, Rob was an editor at The Star-Ledger in New Jersey. He has a journalism degree from Humboldt State University in California.

Mark Spoonauer, Editor in Chief - Technology

Responsible for the overall editorial vision for LAPTOP Magazine & Laptopmag.com, Mark Spoonauer is widely regarded as an expert in mobile and wireless technology. He has been Editor in Chief of LAPTOP since 2003 and has been technology journalist for more than a decade. Mark has spoken at several key mobile tech industry events, including CES and CTIA Wireless, and makes regular media appearances. Prior to joining LAPTOP, Mark was the reviews editor of Mobile Computing & Communications. His work has also appeared in Inc., Wired, and Popular Science, amongst other publications. Mark graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in English.

Dave Brody, Executive Producer

Dave Brody writes, directs, produces and manages video and multimedia for TechMediaNetwork. Dave's been a presenter on NBC's Today Show, Fox News, Discovery Science Channel, MSNBC, CNBC, BBC, G4TV, and others. He's a longtime science documentarian and former television producer for SYFY, USA and other channels. Dave enjoys being a guest teacher in local elementary and secondary schools, giving public astronomy presentations, being outdoors and composing music. He has a degree in electronic journalism from New York Institute of Technology and has won three Tellys, a Monitor and a Broadcast Design Association Award.

Lecia Monsen, Managing Editor, TopTenREVIEWS

Lecia Monsen is the Managing Editor at TopTenREVIEWS. Possessing a distinct fondness for all things Apple, Lecia is often found with her iPhone in hand testing the latest app releases. She has an extensive background in writing, layout and design, coupled with substantial experience in the book publishing world working with Barnes & Noble, Sterling Publishing, Chapelle Ltd and Red Lips 4 Courage, all of which provides her with a unique perspective on meeting readers' needs for information in a clear, concise and engaging manner. Tariq Malik, SPACE.com Managing Editor

Tariq joined TechMediaNetwork's SPACE.com team in 2001 as a staff writer, and later editor, covering human spaceflight, exploration and space science. He became SPACE.com's Managing Editor in 2009. Before joining SPACE.com, Tariq was a staff reporter for The Los Angeles Times. He has journalism degrees from the University of Southern California and New York University.

Jeanna Bryner, LiveScience Managing Editor

Before becoming managing editor, Jeanna served as a reporter for LiveScience and SPACE.com for about three years. Previously she was an assistant editor at Science World magazine. Jeanna has an English degree from Salisbury University, a Master's degree in biogeochemistry and environmental sciences from the University of Maryland, and a science journalism degree from New York University.

She attended the Science, Health and Environmental Reporting Program at New York University and graduated with a Master of Arts in 2006.

Michael founded Newsarama in 1997 and has guided its growth from an occasional free newsletter compiling comic book industry news, to one of the leading genre entertainment news sites in the world. He's guided every aspect of Newsarama, including as its original writer and editor, and after a brief stint in the marketing department of Marvel Comics in 2003-04, returned to the site to guide its business development and advertising departments. He recently returned to his first love as Senior Editor. He has a B.A. in journalism from New Jersey's Rutger's University.

Bjorn Carey, Managing Editor, Life's Little Mysteries

Bjorn Carey is the managing editor of Life's Little Mysteries. Previously, he was an editor at Popular Science. He got his start in journalism as a staff writer at LiveScience and Space.com, and his laboratory research has been published in a scientific journal. He holds a bachelors degree in biology from Bowdoin College, and a masters in science journalism from New York University, where he is currently an adjunct professor. He lives in New York City's West Villagewith his wife, Corey, and son, Henry.
